We are Spruce Growth Associates
We are a group of professionals who support the whole and healthy growth of clients through various avenues. We work individually with clients in our personal practices, collaboratively host multi-practice retreats, and join forces for multi-practitioner assignments.
Our founder, Elisabeth Finch, brings 37 years of professional experience to her practice as an International Coaching Federation accredited Associate Certified Coach. We are based on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia and we operate in the BC Lower Mainland and virtually.

Spruce Growth Associates is privileged to work on lands that are graciously shared with us by the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish and Sechelt First Nations. Elisabeth and her family were not born here, and as uninvited guests they continue their journey of growing their understanding of the natural wealth and the first peoples who have stewarded that wealth for time immemorial. This growing understanding is part of our work of reconciliation with the First Nations that host us here.
