I support people who are ready to make a change to some aspect of their career. From finding your first job to navigating retirement, your career is filled with transitions. Sometimes you can mindfully approach a transition and sometimes a transition will be flung into your path. Whatever the trigger is, I will help you succeed in achieving your objective by being your partner through the process. 

My coaching is informed by a spectacularly non-linear career of my own and through the work that I have done with my own coaches and with the people I have helped in their career transitions. 

I have helped people in the full spectrum of career transitions: a first professional job after university, changing industry, changing functional role, getting a promotion, and executing an intentional retirement to a freshly fulfilling life. 

I do my work through one on one coaching (in person or virtual), where you set the objective and we work together towards that. This is typically a two to four month project, but it can be longer as you need.  I also work with very small groups over a two night escape to the Sunshine Coast, hosted in our beautiful and very functional home. 

My clients are individuals investing in their careers or employers who understand the benefit of providing their people with coaching from outside their organisation.
